Hello there! I’m Samantha Rotter, owner, designer, and planner here at The Perfect Moment. To me, ‘the perfect moment’ is about so much more than a one-day event. My goal is not just for you to look back on your wedding as a joyful experience, but the entire planning journey as a time of excitement, anticipation, and wholehearted support. “I was one of those brides who “didn’t need a wedding planner” because I wanted to be in control of everything from start to finish. I thought I could handle the workload in addition to my full time job. Three months before our big day, I broke down when I realized I had no clue how I was possibly going to manage this event while trying to actually enjoy it. My planning would be worth nothing if a vendor didn’t show up, if the flowers weren’t fresh, a bridesmaid backed out, the chairs weren’t lined up properly, or guests didn’t make the shuttle etc. So many logistics, I couldn’t keep up. I had spent nearly my entire savings on this event and had no clue how to ensure everything went according to plan. It was at this point I contacted Sami. She set up our entire arbor without a trace of hesitation just hours before the wedding. She facilitated all the vendor set-up without me even knowing it on the day of. Our wedding day was everything we could have possibly dreamed of and more, and hiring Sami just sealed the outcome for us! It was the best money we spent and 100% worth it!”

“I had a wonderful experience with Samantha as my Day-of Coordinator for my October wedding in the mountains. She was very thoughtful when we originally spoke on the phone and I knew immediately it was a good fit. Our ceremony and reception were at two different locations about 30 minutes apart and her help setting up, organizing everything, and managing other vendors was incredible. She made sure that all the details were set and if there was anything that might have gone wrong, I still have no idea. “Samantha did an excellent job. She had a lot to do on our wedding day: set up decor, handle a 19-person wedding party, and deal with a 45-minute delay and change of ceremony venue (super bad rainstorm). She was on time and very efficient. I didn’t get to set up any of the decor, nor did I give her any direction. When I came out, I was SO happy to see how everything looked. She did everything how I would have, and I’m so thankful we hired her! It was super convenient to drop off decor with her prior and pick it up after (along with cards + gifts). She was technically our Day-of Coordinator but she worked far beyond the day of and was always very calm and collected. Without her the day would have been a huge mess!”

We had a venue change a week prior to our wedding day and she helped us get in contact with our vendors and move things around as needed. I wouldn't have survived the day of the wedding without her helpful hand! She decorated centerpieces, hung decor, and took care of all of those last minute things that come up on your wedding day.
